Because digital files can be copied, downloaded, and used immediately after delivery, we do not offer refunds after successful delivery of the product.
If you paid but did not receive your download email, contact us immediately at support@goldpulseai.com or through the contact page. We will verify your payment and resend your secure download link.
If you believe you were charged twice or your payment failed while funds were withdrawn, send us the payment reference. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and corrected.
